What is required to start cooperation and perform the payroll calculation?
We only need the basic employee information, signed employment contracts (to know the rates), and the monthly timesheets. The rest – calculations, taxes, and payslips – will be handled by us.
Can you calculate salaries for various and complex work schedules?
Yes, we have experience with various compensation systems – cumulative working hours, piecework, hourly rates, fixed monthly salaries – and we also calculate bonuses for overtime, night work, and work on public holidays.
